1. What we collect
When you contact us or start a project, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you share about your project. We do not collect data through tracking pixels, ad networks, or third-party analytics beyond what is described here.
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver services, send invoices, and communicate about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Google Cloud for primary infrastructure, and GitHub for code management. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
4. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days except where we are required to retain it by law.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at support@velocssity.com.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
